Somalia, som fick en islamist vid makten i våras, dömer bara fler och fler enligt sharialagarna.

Fyra somaliska män ska dubbelamputeras för stöld av mobiltelefoner och vapen, skriver BBC.

The al-Shabab group has carried out amputations, floggings and an execution in the port of Kismayo but such punishments are rare in the capital.
